Go with the Flow Yoga and Surf Holiday

I am thrilled to have been asked by Omega Movement to join them for a Yoga and Surf Holiday this March in Morocco. 

Not only does it combine my favourite things sun, sea, surf and yoga, but I am co-teaching with my best friend of 20 years and fellow yoga teacher and yoga therapist Molly. 

Join us for 5 nights, 6 days of yoga classes, surf classes and day trip adventures in Taghazout, Morocco, to find more buoyancy and ease as we ‘go with the flow’ of life’s waves and currents.
