My philosophy

As a qualified Nutritional Therapist BSc (Hons) and Yoga Teacher I am different from a lot of other health professionals as I look to get to the root causes of how you are feeling today, and combine evidence based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations into a personalised programme just for you.

After taking the time to get to know your food habits and weekly routine, I will help you understand how your diet and lifestyle is contributing to your current state of health and wellbeing. The sooner we can join the dots between food, mood and lifestyle - the sooner you can recognise that you have the power to impact the way you feel and behave every day.

I don't believe in fad diets or a one-size fits all approach, and try not to label foods as 'good' or 'bad'. My programmes educate you on the impact foods have on your health and how you feel, and help foster a healthy relationship with food and your body.

Trained under a Functional Medicine model, I take a systems based approach to detect and manage imbalances as opposed to just treating individual symptoms and work with a wide range of health conditions. My special areas of interest include:

  • Digestive disorders and gut health
  • Stress management
